Teams (app and Microsoft URLs) only working on mobile data, not working on Wi-Fi

Microsoft Teams (and seemingly anything Microsoft-related, including Outlook) is not working on my laptop (2022 MacBook Air) over wifi, and is only working on mobile hotspot; it was working perfectly fine yesterday. The only variable I can think of is that I installed "New Teams" yesterday morning, but it worked fine all day after the install. I've since uninstalled New Teams and reinstalled Teams Classic. I've also noticed that the web-based Microsoft Teams website, and any other Microsoft URL, will not load over Wi-Fi. I checked my network settings and it says firewall is inactive. I should also note that the result is the same on both Safari and Chrome.

I checked my internet speeds and they were above 500mbps up and down, but I reset the router anyways. I've restarted my laptop numerous times, reinstalled the desktop app multiple times. The only thing that worked was using my mobile hot spot from my phone. After that, Teams seemed to work very slowly over Wi-Fi, but I've had to switch back to hotspot to submit this question.

Any idea what might be going on and how to fix it? Thanks!
