I am trying to build a chat with GPT4 enhanced vision - using azure computer vision to perform form OCR.
I am able to deploy the GPT4 model and upload images to the playground.
However, when I try to enable enhanced vision and configure the azure computer vision resource the list of vision resources is empty.
I have gone through and created a computer vision resource in that same region.
Why am I not seeing the computer vision resource?

@Boaz Brudner While reproducing this issue, it seems to be the case when using CV resources in free tier. Standard tier resources show up in the dropdown after enabling Vision Enhancement. Must be a limitation with free tier.
