I have reservation for VM SKU Standard_D4s_v3 with qty 2
But actually i have 3 VM with Standard_D4s_v3
So i just want to know which VM actually use reserved model?

In the portal, please navigate to Reservations and then click on the Utilization percentage on right of the reservation you are interested in. This will show you details of which specific VM(s) the discount has been applied to in the past days.

After i monitor the reservation for some day, can i say the reservation not tie to specific VM and only tie to the VM SKU?
I have reservation qty 2 for Standard d4s_v3 and here screenshot when 3rd VM not yet exist the reservation only for JKTSAPQA01 and JKTSAPSM01.
But today i see the utilization is JKTSAPSM01 qty used is 2 and new VM JKTSAPRTR01 is fully used
Correct, reservation is not tied to a specific VM. Think of it as a discounting mechanism that is applied by the billing system.
The system will attempt to find a running VM that matches a reservation that isn't being used at that moment, in order to maximize utilization. For example, say you only had one reservation, but you had two VMs running that are eligible for the reservation. While they are both running, one VM would be billed at discounted price and second at full price.
Next, if the VM that was using the reservation was Deallocated, the billing system would automatically start applying the reservation to the second running VM, so it would get the discount price. You can see in this example that it is good that reservation isn't tied to specific VM.
