You'll need the work admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.

the problem I am having is I have my work email and password but it wants a code from the authenticator app but I just got a new phone so it wont work and the authenticator app is asking for a code from the app to login so I can use the authenticator app
I am the admin for my organization and the email in question is ******@gcchapel.net
