How can we access GPT-4 within Azure OpenAI resource?

We're already using Azure OpenAI resource with GPT-3.5 turbo and Embeddings, but we can't find a way to access GPT-4. Any suggestions or resources that can help us use GPT-4 as well would be greatly appreciated. Our current Resource runs in EU-West and we want to stick to EU-Region due to its data privacy standards.

GPT-4, GPT-4-32k, and GPT-4 Turbo with Vision are now available to all Azure OpenAI Service customers. Availability varies by region. If you don't see GPT-4 in your region, please check back later.

At this time below are the regions available for GPT-4 deployment.

You could use other regions within the EU boundary as per the model availability.

starting from yesterday GPT-4 has been available for specific regions

Azure regions for GPT-4: Australia East, Sweden Central, Switzerland North, and West US.
