The recent Edge update is preventing PDF's from completely downloading

The latest update to Edge is preventing PDF downloads from completing. I receive the message that the file will open when download is complete and that doe not happen.

    Please check whether your Edge version is 120.0.2210.77. This issue had been resolved with Microsoft Edge Version 120.0.2210.77 which had been released on December 14, 2023.
