I tried rescheduling an exam scheduled for Monday 18th of December 2023 to 28th of December 2023, clicking next on the person vue window it displayed an error message "We can’t access your Microsoft certification profile because it is blocked. Please contact".

Kindly help reschedule this exam to 28th December 2023.
