I didnt get the certificate for AZ-900 exam even though I got the score report

It has been 48 hours since I took the Azure AZ-900 Fundamentals exam on Pearson VUE.

I got the score report and passed. However I am unable to see the certificate or transcript.

I have been trying to get in touch with support so many times but had no luck.

Please tell me how I can get my certificate.
