AAD User and group data files when exported directly form portal is different when compared with csv file pulled using powershell

I have task to pull AAD of users and groups. To achieve that I am using PowerShell and I got most of the column as blank and when I exported the same details form portal it has more data. please help us why is different. What kind of permissions need to be added.
