MS700 Exam completed, certificate not linked to my profile

I completed my MS700 certificate exam on Saturday 16th Dec. I'm unable to view my certificate in my Learn Profile. My MS ID is MS0995511931.
Please help with the necessary link to download the certificate.

Note : In my Learn profile, I do not see certificate TAB.
