I log in my outlook mail and I have emsg: user has no mail box and no license assigned error

I have just graduated and I got a job as engineer. I was given outlook mail to work. But I can not logging web and app. I tried to logging another account (my college's mail). And it still not. What can I do?. I have accepted cookie

    The error message “UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError” indicates that this is a license issue. It could be that the admin has not assigned an Exchange online license to your account yet, or in some cases, it could be that your admin has made a change lately in license settings.

    To resolve this, follow these steps:

    1. Sign into the Microsoft 365 portal as an admin.
    2. Click Users and Groups, and then select Active Users.
    3. Click Filter (the filter icon), and choose Unlicensed users.
    4. To assign a license to a user, double-click the user and assign the appropriate license.

    If you continue to experience issues, I recommend reaching out to your Email Admins and asking them to assign a valid license to your user account using the M365 Admin Portal. They should be able to assist you in resolving this error.
