Unable to view the recently completed certification SC - 200 in Microsoft portal

Hi,

I recently completed a SC -200 Microsoft Security Operations Analyst exam and successfully passed, but the certification details are not generated in the portal to view/download. I completed on 16/12/2023, its been more than 48 hours after completing the exam. Please let me know when this certification will get visible on the portal to download. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
