Unable to view Microsoft azure Certification Score sheet

Question

I successfully completed my Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) exam on 16-December-2023. But unfortunately I didn't receive any mail from Microsoft with my certificate along with certificate ID and other credentials ,also I visited learn.microsoft.com under Credentials it is not showing any certifications and applied skills. Please help me on this.Thanks in Advance.
