Azure Fundamentals certification - Did not receive my certification

Question

Hi Team,

This saturday, I just passed my Azure Fundamentals certification over Pearson Vue.

After passing the exam with a sufficent score, I did not receive any confirmation email either from Pearson Vue or Microsoft.

I already called Pearson Vue who confirm me I passed the exam, but they cannot help me with further request.

According you documentation, the certification should appear within minutes, latest 24hours after passing the exam. So something went wrong here.

Can you help me retrieving the certification I paid for ?
