Where can I find the relevant legal provisions regarding customer support for Azure App Service?
Dear All,
I am looking for Microsoft's general terms and conditions in relation to customer support for Azure App Service. I understand that the main relevant document is the Microsoft Customer Agreement in the case of a European-based company. However, I could not find any provisions concerning customer support.
Could you please send over all the relevant provisions applicable during a customer support process? I am mainly interested in what provisions are relevant during a Microsoft customer support process. If it is regulated in a more general term, please indicate the relevant ones.
