SSRS 2017:

"We have set up three subscriptions to run every weekday at 8 am. However, a few months ago, they stopped working and the reports are not being sent at the scheduled time. We can only receive the reports when the subscriptions are run manually. What can be the reason for this? and how can we solve this issue?

    Hi @B, Mahadevan

Has the schedule used to trigger the subscription expired?

The subscription page in Reporting Services contains the status of the subscription, and if there is a problem with the subscription, the Reporting Services log will contain details. You can check the trace log, which is generally located at C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services\SSRS\LogFiles.

For more details, you can refer to this documnet: Troubleshoot Reporting Services Subscriptions and Delivery.
