Hello.

Operating system Windows 7 Professionl 32 bit

There is a subkey {1f2e5c40-9550-11ce-99d2-00aa006e086c} in the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\ShellEx\PropertySheetHandlers section of the registry.

All folders except the Temporary Internet Files folder have a Security tab.

The "Temporary Internet Files" folder (C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files) of a user with administrator rights (the only user of the OS) does not have two tabs since the OS installation: "Security" and "Settings" ".

Question:

How can you show/hide the "Security" tab on a separate folder in Windows 7 (in particular for the folder C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files in Windows 7 Professionl 32 bit)?

Thank you.

    Hello,

Within the registry subkey {1f2e5c40-9550-11ce-99d2-00aa006e086c}, are there any values inside? check if there is a value named (Default).

You may also check the permissions for your user account. Are there any specific permissions? Additionally, check if there are any inherited permissions from parent folders.

You could also run sfc /scannow to scan and repair corrupted system files. It's possible that a system file related to folder properties might be corrupted.
