The behavior of the FileLoggingSession is different than described - can anyone say what should be the correct behavior?

Hi,

I have created issue to winrt FileLoggingSession documentation as I would like to know how exactly that part works https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/winrt-api/issues/2422 - but sofar did not get the response there only have been advised to ask here as well. Maybe someone have already some clue how that exactly should be with FileLoggingSession?

I checked the issue you submitted in GitHub, and your code lacks the Package, cannot run directly.

I can't reproduce what you said with the official Sample. Could you please reproduce same behavior in a c++/winrt UWP blank project?
