GPT-4 Unavailable to deploy in East US

I currently am trying to POC gpt-4 in East us and I'm not getting the option to even use gpt-4. Is there something I am missing here? There's nothing saying that there is a shortage or anything like that in those regions which is why I am trying to figure out why my org isn't even getting an option for it.

    As above answer said, GPT-4 Regions Available to All Azure OpenAI-Enabled Subscriptions

    Australia East
    Canada East
    France Central
    Sweden Central
    Switzerland North

    Guess it is currently not available in east us and we can except it to drop soon sorry we don't have any specific date on which its going to be available.
