Follow my teams activity

Is it possible for me to get some kind of log of "my" activity, not as a central management tool but for each individual user of teams. It can also be any kind of hooks or even local plugins or similar.

I can see the calendar and direct calls but I cannot figure out to see which meetings or ad-hoc calls participated for. In activity I can see missed calls.

Eg. for time registration it could be very beneficial to see which calls "I" participated in, for how long, both ad-hoc calls with one or multiple users, meetings both internal and external, sent messages in teams channels and direct chats.
Would it be possible to achieve any of this?

Thank you

One way to track your activity in Teams is to use the built-in analytics feature. This feature allows you to view data on your usage of Teams, including the number of calls and meetings you have participated in, the amount of time you have spent in Teams, and the number of messages you have sent and received. To access this feature, go to the Teams admin center, select "Analytics & reports," and then select "Usage reports."

Another option is to use a third-party app or plugin that integrates with Teams and provides more detailed tracking and reporting features. Some examples of these apps include Time Doctor, Toggl, and RescueTime. These apps can track your time spent in Teams, as well as other apps and websites, and provide detailed reports on your activity.

It's important to note that using third-party apps may require approval from your organization's IT department, and you should always ensure that any app you use is secure and trustworthy.
