Hi there,

I created a feed for my project on Azure DevOps long time ago and it was working fine until this week. The artifact built by the project's pipeline was not reachable from the feed page. I am the owner of this feed.

This is the link to the artifact when I clicked "Download" on the feed page.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

@Busbby Hello! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble downloading an artifact from your private feed on Azure DevOps. There could be several reasons why you’re unable to download the artifact. Here are some possible reasons:

Access Permissions: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access the artifact. You can check the permissions by navigating to the feed settings and selecting the “Permissions” tab. Ensure that your user account has the “Read” permission for the feed.

Network Connectivity: Check if there are any network connectivity issues that might be preventing you from accessing the artifact. You can try accessing the artifact from a different network or device to see if the issue persists.

Artifact Availability: Ensure that the artifact is available in the feed. You can check this by navigating to the feed page and verifying that the artifact is listed.

Artifact Link: Ensure that the link to the artifact is correct. The link you provided seems to be valid, but you can try copying the link again and see if it works.

If none of these solutions work, you can try contacting Azure DevOps support for further assistance by submitting feedback in the app. To submit feedback in Azure DevOps, you can use one of the following methods:

Contact Support: You can create a support ticket by visiting the Microsoft Azure Support Ticket page and following the instructions to create and manage support requests for Azure DevOps Services1.

Developer Community: You can submit your idea or issue through the Developer Community for Azure DevOps Services or Azure DevOps Server1. I hope this helps!
