Certification Payment Details Questions

Hello Team,

I am located in Tunisia and I am going to pass the AZ-120 exam,

1 - Can a friend of mine make the payment from another country (Luxembourg)?

2 - Will he pay the Tunisian price or the Luxembourgian price?

3 - If he used my username and password from his location, will everything keep working well (no account blocking for suspicious activities or something similar...)?

4 - How many attempts do I have for a single certification payment?
