I am a bit confused about hub sites in SharePoint. First question, In SharePoint online, can a site be linked to more than one hub site?

second question, can i register a hub site and at the same time link it to another hub site?

    No, each site can only be associated with a hub site.

    2.Can I register a hub site and at the same time link it to another hub site?

    Yes, you could associate a SharePoint hub site to another hub site.
