Safe mode with networking or WIN PE Mode, start system in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. Based on the error message in your screenshot, I am afraid that it is unsupported.

Hello Team,
I have configured Teaming in Windows Server 2019 and when i boot the system in safe mode with networking trying to access the File or folder on the network share , i am unable to ping the default gateway
on my Switch LACP is configured
