Invisible border above taskbar

I have an invisible border above my taskbar where i can't click content below it. I have tried to turn off tablet mode because the border sits where the taskbar normally extends to in tablet mode. in the images below you can see where it starts.     Hello,

    I believe the thread might be frozen. I recommend checking your Task Manager for any unusual applications. If there are no abnormal applications, consider updating your vendor driver. You can narrow down the issue by testing with another monitor to determine if it's a hardware-related issue.
