O365 asking for Password on hybrid joined server

Hello,

we have 2016 Server (Citrix) hybrid joined.

dsregcmd /status says AzureAdJoined : YES, WamDefaultSet : YES and AzureAdPrt : YES.

We have Seamless single sign-on Enabled.

EDGE can open microsoft services without prompting for password. (portal.microsoft.com etc.)

But Office ist still asking for credentials.

dsregcms /status has no "sso state"

Do you have any tips on how I can solve the problem that Office is asking for credentials?
