Not able to change the management root group tenant after having the appropriate rights!

hello experts,

I want to change the management root group tenant and wanted to keep HUB subscription as the tenant root group,

I have assigned my self below-mentioned rights also:

Have assigned this roles in the tenant root group:

After this also I am not able to change the default management group:

User's image

Please help me with this.

    You need to have the Azure Global Admin role as well to change that.
