Azure AI Vision Studio: Browse container for your videos when clicked, goes to Please select video screen where No subscription found is selected by default and greyed out. Storage Account and Blob Container fields are also greyed out.

In Asure AI Vision studio , unable to upload the video. Subscription,Storage Account and BlobContainer fields are disabled. Hence unable to upload the video from my storage account. Request some guidance on this. thank you,

The Subscription, Storage Account, and Blob Container fields are disabled, and you are unable to upload the video from your storage account.
This issue could be related to the permissions assigned to your account. Also, check the storage account should be in the same region as your Azure AI Vision Studio account.
Try refreshing the page or logging out and logging back in to Azure AI Vision Studio.

If you still face this issue, I recommend you to raise the support case through Azure portal.

2023-12-22T11:14:23.1+00:00 Hi , I tried dragging and dropping the file. The file is being uploaded and then takes me to https://portal.vision.cognitive.azure.com/demo/video-summary-and-frame-locator which leads to empty page.

It seems that you are facing an issue while uploading a video to Azure AI Vision Studio. The file is being uploaded, but it takes you to an empty page. Please check if the video file you are trying to upload is in a supported format. The input requirements of a video must be in RTSP, rawvideo, MP4, FLV, or MKV format.
If you still face this issue, I recommend you to raise the support case through Azure portal.
