Unable to open configuration tab in Logic App in azure portal

Hi,
i am seeing this weird issue where i am unable to view the configuration in logic app in the portal.
as soon i click on the configuration tab i see the configuration i see messages stating the request is blocked with a random guid something like 20231222T110629Z-e77n2e94bh2xh9m0cpvdmzpu841111111fg111111116vc9
this has stated a few days back and even though restarting the logic app won't solve this problem

It looks like you are using a standard logic app (as you have mentioned configuration blade). Please confirm if my understanding is correct. Please confirm what permission do you have on the logic app or subscription level, and it would be great if you can share the screenshot as well so I can review it at my end. Do you have any virtual network configured on your standard logic app?
