Persistent Azure Payment Issue: Seeking Assistance on Continuous Card Prompt

I signed up for a free trial of an Azure account to explore Databricks. After creating the account and providing my credit/debit card details, a nominal fee of 2 rupees was deducted. Despite this, whenever I attempt to use a feature in Azure, the system redirects me to the sign-in page, prompting me to re-enter my card details and make a payment. Could someone provide guidance on resolving this issue?

    Hello,

As Vinodh247 stated, you will want to reach out to Azure Billing:

    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-ca/support/create-ticket

The fee should be given back as I have seen this happen when services debit your card to verify card details.

    Hi Umaiyaal A

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

did you receive the confirmation email after your sign-up for free trial? It looks like your account is yet to be activated with free trial, hence it asks your card details everytime.

You can reach out Azure billing and subscription management team by creating a billing support request. Billing support request via Azure portal is free for all Azure customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. Please select 'Billing' under 'issue type' while creating the support request.

Please 'Upvote'(Thumbs-up) and 'Accept' as answer if the reply was helpful. This will be benefitting other community members who face the same issue.
