Schedule Azure exam using Pearson Vue typo in email

I tried to schedule the Az204 exame using Pearson vue, at microsoft learn but miss typed my email and never got a confirmation email. Spoke with pearson vue and they told me I had to speak with you (microsoft), I reached microsoft chat online and they sent the link here.
