'We’re unable to validate your phone number' issue during Azure Subscription creation

Hi there everyone!

Recently I've faced with the next issue (screenshot is enclosed below this sentence) during Azure Subscription creation (via Azure Portal).

Phone verification issue

Whenever you're clicking on 'Text me' or 'Call me' (from the screenshot below) the next windows is popping up (from the screenshot above).

2 phone numbers were tested and for both the result was negative. Both numbers belong to Ukraine mobile providers and at the same time those are personal and definitely valid.

Would appreciate any feedback! Thank you in advance!

    Hello @Vladlen F Sorry for the inconvenience caused while trying to sign up and validating your phone number. Please try below steps, should help you resolve the issue:

    1. Ensure that you have entered your phone number correctly, including the country code for Ukraine.
    2. Make sure that your phone number is active and able to receive text messages or phone calls.
    3. Try using a different phone number to see if the issue is specific to your current number.
    4. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try signing up again. If possible, try a different browser.
    5. If none of the above step's work, contact the support team create a billing support ticket or call customer service. They should be able to assist you further with the validation process.
