User is redirecting to old tenant while try to save file from desktop excel, word or PowerPoint app

How to fix the issue when user opening or trying to save files in desktop excel, word or PowerPoint app its redirecting to old tenant and this is not happening in web office apps So how we can fix the issue ?

we have done all kind of troubleshooting like cache clear,password reset and browser history clear different system login but issue is still save even as M365 support Eng. when i try with my account its happening.

We are having the same issue. A user can use all the web apps just fine but when they go to open excel they are being directed to and old tenant. We have tried all the same as well as reviewing and clearing out Credential Manager but nothing works.
