Não consigo entra no aplicativo Microsoft Authennticator

Eu não estou conseguindo entra no Microsoft Authenticator, eu baixei o aplicativo para te acesso ao código par mim entra e uma conta corporativa porém o aplicativo também está perdendo o mesmo código, como que eu faço par entra?

It doesn't work like that. You'll need the corp admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
