Certification Access and MCID issue.

Question

I registered for AZ-900 Azure Fundamental exam with my email id. I have cleared the exam on September 30, 2023 and also received an email for certification download steps in the same email id. I have claimed the credly badge and able to see the score report on certiport. I have logged in to the Microsoft learn dashboard to view my certificate with the same email id. But I am not able to download the certificate as it is not visible over there. MCID shared over Email and MCID on my profile looks different. Please contact me for further information so that I can share the other details in private. I am not posting it here for privacy.

Please respond me as soon as possible. In the same email where I have received the MCID also mentioned to access the certificate within 90 days. As 90 days are nearing for me, give me the resolution as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
