GPT4-vision OCR enhancements

When using Azure AI studio to turn on the OCR enhancements button, I receive an error 400. It appears that the API call is not enhanced by OCR because the source code indicates that the API call is being sent without OCR enhancements in the API body context. How can I solve this issue and successfully use OCR enhancements with GPT4-vision?

    Thanks for the question, We are checking internally on this, But we turn on the enhancement in the Azure studio it does effective on the turn on state.

    I am checking internally on the source code to include and show in the raw JSON.
