I was unable to take my AZ-900 exam. Could not connect with a proctor. Please help me reschedule it

Hello Team,
I was unable to write my Microsoft Az-900 exam today (25/12/2023) I have been faced a lot of issues to connect the procotor i was been waiting and no one got connected and conducted exam as it passed my Time was elapsed and now its not showing to reshedule or reconduct it i need a guidance and proper help regarding this
I have to write my exam and complete the certificate
