I can't log in to my account

Hi, When I try to log in to my Microsoft account on my computer I get this problem.  I can't find any resolution online.  "An error occurred" "The problem that occurred was our fault. Please try again"

    If your machine is in the domain or workgroup?

    If your machine is newly installed? Please make sure your machine is connected to Internet.

    Did you have other accounts (local accounts or domain accounts if the machine is in domain)? If so, you can try other account to check.
