more than 20 days ago and still haven't received a response for azure openai service application

I've applied for access to Azure OpenAI Service 10 days ago and still haven't received a response.

i applied 3 times ([Application 2538766],[Application 2518753],[Application 2514719]), what should i do?

I looked at the backend logs for the above Application IDs and found that your Access Request is Denied.

Did you use your personal email (Example: @[gmail.com], @[yahoo.com], @[hotmail.com], etc.) in the request form while applying for the OpenAI request ? If Yes, please use your official email id account.

Is your subscription 5DAA5BF1-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX536B a Free subscription OR if this is an Azure For Students subscription ? If Yes, you need to upgrade it to Pay as you go subscription and then you need to fill the registration request form again.

Please check if you are an eligible customer.

@YOSTINA AZIZ Thanks for getting back. The subscription plan Azure for Students no longer allows for Azure OpenAI use.

Our team is working on getting this communicated to avoid any confusion and inconvenience.

You should upgrade your subscription to pay as you go account to ensure Azure OpenAI deployments are successful once your request is approved.

As mentioned in Azure account requirements and Create and deploy an Azure OpenAI Service resource you can get an Azure account for free and you'll get some free Azure credits to get started to ensure Azure OpenAI deployments are successful once your request is approved then create the Open AI resource.
