How to add users to the owners of the application in azure portal ?

I have created an application and few users in azure portal, now i want to add that users to the owners of the application so that using that application i can create a meeting, but while creating the meeting i get to see the error : "The responsible instructor does not have sufficient access rights in Azure. Please select a different instructor". How can i avoid such situations ?

    The responsible instructor does not have sufficient access rights in Azure. Please select a different instructor.

    I'm not too familiar with your error message, but when it comes to adding users as the Owner of an Application within MS Entra ID, you should be able to do this by following the steps below.

    1. Navigate to MS Entra ID
    2. Select App Registrations under Manage and select the appropriate App.
    3. Select Owners under Manage
    4. Add the appropriate Users or Group
