We are doing a virtual event where the four boxes have been perfect. Is there a way to limit how many video boxes can be displayed?

Yes, you can limit the number of video boxes that are displayed in MS Teams by adjusting the meeting settings. To do this, go to the meeting options before starting the meeting, and under "Who can present?" select "Only me" or "Specific people" instead of "Everyone." This will limit the number of video boxes that are displayed to only the presenter or specific participants.

You can also use the "Together mode" feature in Teams, which displays all participants in a virtual environment instead of individual video boxes. This can be a good option for larger meetings where you don't want to display too many video boxes.
