Can't download chinese simplified languange pack in windows 11

i tried downloading chinese simplified languange pack but its always stuck, i tried restarting but its the same. It get stuck at 70% and doesnt finish downloading. Please help🙏

    I am sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue. The most common reason for this issue happening on your computer is because your Windows license only supports 1 language. Please keep your private information such as email address, phone number, and other things secure when you are sharing a screenshot. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Open PowerShell with administrator privilege.
    2. Type Install-Language and hit enter.
    3. Type zh-CN and hit enter.
    4. Wait for it to install.

    Once installed, if you want the Chinese language to be the preferred language, please follow the steps below:

    1. Type Set-SystemPreferredUILanguage and hit enter.
    2. Type zh-CN and hit enter.

    Hi Abdullah! Thanks for answering, i'm curently installing the language but is it normal to wait for 30Minutes. or is there something wrong?

    Hi Abdullah! I think i finished the download because when i came back from my laptop and the sign installing language is gone. Is that fail or sucess installed?
