Why I am not seeing my AZ 104 certification details in my Profile.?

Hi Team,

I have taken the AZ 104 exam on Dec 23rd between 1 to 3 pm India time IST at a Pearson Vue Center, Alpro Tech, Located in Vadapalani, Chennai.

I have passed the exam but have not received any certification completion email or any other digital credentials for the same. Please check and advise regarding the same.
