How do I recover my hotmail?

Dear All,

I believe it's been 2 months since I've been able to access my hotmail email and I can't find any reason why. I simply opened the outlook app on my cell phone, which already saves my data, and it wouldn't let me in. I have tried several times to send the form with as much information as I can remember and it never works. The phone number registered in this email for recovery would be my old Brazilian number that I no longer have access to, +55 11 958240510. The email I'm trying to recover is ******@hotmail.com. I created a new one to try to recovery with the Form, ******@hotmail.com, but also did not work. Could someone please help me?
