In the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\160\Setup Bootstrap\Log, you find one folder for each installation attempt. We are mainly interested in Summary.txt and Detail.txt. If there is any file with ERRORLOG in the name, share these as well.

In the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\160\Setup Bootstrap\Log, you find one folder for each installation attempt. We are mainly interested in Summary.txt and Detail.txt. If there is any file with ERRORLOG in the name, share these as well.

Hi @mena sarwat,

There is a known issue when installing sql server on Windows 11, please troubleshoot follow by this doc: Troubleshoot errors related to system disk sector size greater than 4 KB.

If this does not work, please review the installation log file
