Certification tab is not coming in Microsoft Learn profile

Question

'Certification' tab not appearing under 'profile' section in Microsoft Learn portal. I tried adding account under 'settings' but nothing seems to be working. I have my exams in 7 days. In case, i want to reschedule my exam, how can i do if the certification tab is not appearing. Request your help asap.

Certifications tab has moved under Credentials. Below is direct link to your Certifications tab:
