I have been trying to change my app recommendation of days I try ever thing and it has not work I went to the website to so how and it is still not working.

I'd recommend clarifying what you mean and set a tag relevant to the product you're using. Depending on what that is, you may be better off asking on https://answers.microsoft.com than on Q&A. Answers is more aligned with consumer questions rather than questions about writing applications or administrating services.
