Unable to log in to account to delete it. Unable to delete work account as no longer work there

Question

I have two separate Microsoft accounts. I finally managed to log in to one to mark it for deletion but can't log in to the other one. I keep getting locked out. I also can't delete my work account to delete my account because I no longer work there so can't access it to delete it. I have just wasted over an hour in an endless loop of being locked out, having to change passwords and not being able to delete things because they are registered to my other account. I am so over it! I just want to delete everything - both my accounts for once and for all.
