Login unsuccessful during Azure AZ 900 exam on 28th Dec 10 PM | Exam reschedule request

Hello Microsoft team,
I am Mit Desai and I scheduled my AZ 900 exam on Vue Pearson for 28th Dec 2023.
Registration ID : 466504437
Upon check in for the exam, i had to login to my Microsoft account with my organization email.
I was able to put username and password along with MFA but right after authentication, page stuck in a loop of login / sign up and redirecting to the learn Microsoft page. I was never able to login in order to strat exam.
Due to this, I missed my exam and free voucher i had from my organization.
I would like to request the rescheduling of the exam please and looking for the above problem's solution.
FYI : I tried deleting cookies / caches from chrome and even added third party cookies of Microsoft(from support page : eg. [*.]microsoft.com) . I used another browser too and icognito mode as well.
Please let me know if more information is needed from my side.
