Unable to see my passed/cleared Exam certificate

Hi Team,
I have appeared for DP-203 exam and I've successfully cleared the exam on 26th Dec, 2023 2PM IST slot but its been 3days I'm unable to see my certificate for the same.
Moreover I've merged both my accounts as well, still I'm unable to see my exams on either of the profiles.
Kindly do let me know if I'm missing on anything.
